I’m a seasoned design leader, creative strategist, educator, and digital craftsman. I have spent over 18 years designing and creating immersive digital experiences, overseeing everything from research to design to execution. My work is defined by my passion for building great products that delight and surprise the user.

Through my years of professional experience, I’ve discovered the value of testing assumptions and learning through prototyping and testing. When it comes to applying user experience to a project, I don't believe in a one size fits all solution. UX requires critically thinking about the unique challenges and goals of each project, which I bring to the table.

Leadership

While it’s something that always terrifies me every time I do it, it’s always rewarding to share what I’ve learned as both a speaker and educator. Among my speaking engagements include being a keynote speaker at 1871’s corporate innovation summit as well as leading a service design workshop at a BAI conference in Chicago.
