A Look at the Year’s Global Thinkers
Every year Foreign Policy magazine recognizes the world’s pre-eminent thinkers through a special annual issue. In 2014, working closely with FP’s editorial team and design firm WSDIA, I produced and developed the website counterpart to the magazine issue.
Because of the tight publishing timeline, the website had to be delivered within a 2 week timeframe to coincide with the magazine’s release. The microsite would go on to win a Silver in the Feature Article Websites category from the Society of Publication Designers.
Project Breakdown
To ensure that the website could be built in the tight timeframe, I worked closely with the design team at WSDIA to assess technical feasibility and collaborate on the art of the possible.
The responsive site featured rich animation and was built as a single page javascript app to create a fluid experience.
