Their report shows a BP culture that consistently placed profit above safety. And it was this pattern of disregard for safe and sound operations that led to the disasterous spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Seeing reports like this one makes me infuriated with the corporate world as a whole and the government for failing to properly regulate and penalize such bad behavior. It's truly disgraceful.
