Championing a values-focused sales approach

Integrity Solutions is a sales training consultancy that helps their clients win more business by harnessing their employee’s potential through ethical sales behaviors.

Their unique training solution emphasizes sales strategies based on principles and values versus product-based marketing and high pressure sales tactics. To help better showcase their philosophy and approach, the website was redesigned to tout these differences. Moreover, they needed a way to improve the discoverability of their wealth of content, and increase the understandability of their core products and services.

Stakeholder Interviews

“The homepage shouldn’t be about us. It should be focused on addressing key customer issues.”

Bruce Wedderburn

“Not every company is a prospect for what Integrity does. The companies who respond to Integrity shares the same belief in dealing with customers ethically.”

Steve DeBree

“The name is powerful. Integrity is good for business.”

Steve Schmidt
Site Audit

Understanding

the Problem

After analyzing the site’s analytics and speaking with existing customers, we determined that the site was missing an opportunity to provide more relevant messaging to first-time visitors on the homepage.

For returning visitors, their primary goal would be around finding specific products and finding valuable insights and content, which at the time wasn’t organized in an intuitive manner.

Painpoints
1

Complicated Navigation

Their original drop-down menu was overwhelming for first-time visitors
2

Unclear Messaging

The homepage didn't clearly highlight the company's core value proposition, and was optimized more for returning visitors than first-time ones.
3

Content Strategy

Integrity had a growing library of content that was no longer supported by their existing information architecture.
4

Hidden Credibility

Their highly respected client list wasn't being surfaced on the homepage and their expertise in different industries was missing from the homepage.
